We are using a fully redundant and high-performance VoIP system that can be used from remote positions directly on the Internet, and we support full CTI connection to the dispatch system and support autobooking.

Optionally, you can also use voice recording for service optimization, or add fms Autobooker terminals to your portfolio for additional order channels.
